Dr. Emily Reilly is the founder and CEO of Purposefully Home, LLC. Dr. Reilly has enjoyed working with adults and seniors from ages 18 to 103! Providing occupational therapy and education to the individuals and their care team in order to promote safety, independence and help you to “live your life with purpose!”
"I completed my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at The Sage Colleges in Troy, New York. After practicing for several years I decided to pursue a Doctorate in Health Science at Nova Southeastern University to expand my skills in program development and public health promotion. My passion for accessibility and empowering people to live within the residential community I chose to enroll in University of Southern California and obtained an Executive Certificate in Home Modification. I am now able to work with a wide variety of clients as well as collaborate with professionals and tradesman to advocate to the highest level for the benefit of the clients and their families."
At Purposefully Home we support adults, seniors and their care partners to live in the community as independently and safely as possible. The transition to a home or a new living environment after the hospital or rehabilitation stay can be difficult for those who may not qualify for home health. Not only do we help with direct care solutions, we collaborate and partner with community organizations, businesses, and professionals to help create inclusive and accessible spaces! Providing accessible space within our communities helps to promote people of all abilities to socialize, work, and shop local!
